Due to problems with my software and uploading,
I am changing the format of the lessons. Rather
than have one large lesson with 2-3 countries, and
all the associated pages, I will be presenting each
country individually. This will hopefully resolve
the uploading problems that I have been having
recently.

There seems to have been some confusion about
the previous lesson. All assignment answers will
be found in either the lecture, terms, recipes or
spells part of the lesson.

This lesson is dedicated to Dutch Sparky, a very
hard working Hufflepuff who has been my right
hand in helping with research. Thanks to her
diligence, I still have a lot of information even
though my computer has decided to start losing
files (mostly images, thank goodness). I'll be
going through another full reformat over the
Christmas break, and her emails were the first thing
that I saved to cd! Sparky, stand up and take a
very well deserved bow! I could think of no better
way to show my appreciation than to start off with
your own country, and I included your wonderful
commnts on the recipe page.
